With over seven years of experience and more than 1,500 hours of teaching, Danielle offers a diverse approach to yoga, ranging from the calming depth of Yin Yoga to the dynamic energy of Sculpt. While skilled in many styles, Danielle has a deep preference for Hatha Yoga, believing in the power of a traditional practice that remains grounded in flexibility—both on and off the mat. The physical practice, for Danielle, is not rigid, as life itself is full of fluidity and change. At the heart of each class is the belief that cultivating a strong, compassionate relationship with oneself is the foundation for meaningful connections with others. This spiritual aspect of yoga, integrating philosophy, meditation, and mindfulness, invites students to nurture both their body and their soul, finding balance in the ever-shifting flow of life.
